Come and join foraging expert David Winnard from Discover the Wild on a foraged cocktails workshop.
We will be looking at certain plants which are edible but also how to create drinks from them. Whether it is a simple tea, a syrup, a liqueur or even some wild foraged cocktails and mocktails. After a brief introduction (and drink) on site we will set off on a walk through the surrounding woodland to identify ingredients for our cocktails, then back to site to try some more delicious creations and also try some foraged soup and nibbles round the fire.
