| Sunday 27 October 2024 | Light Classics Concert | St Laurence's Church | Each month, on the last Sunday [apart from August], St Laurence's Church hosts a short musical concert with a variety of musicians offering their talents. This month, local organists from the Chorley area will be playing a variety of musical pieces for us. Doors open at 2.15 for light refreshments, followed by the music at 3.00. Our gift shop is open before and after the concert, and you can browse our monthly art exhibition, too. Entrance is free, but donations of £5 towards the church funds are appreciated. This is a friendly, safe space where cancer sufferers can drop in, between 13.30 and 15.00, to chat, share experiences or ask questions.
