Bin collection issues

Occasionally there may be delays or disruption to bin collections because of vehicle breakdowns or adverse weather conditions. We publish updates about your waste and recycling collections here.

If your bin has not been collected, and there is no information on this page to show there have been collection issues in your area, please view more information on how to report a missed bin collection.

Residual waste (green bin) collections:    The service is operating normally. 

Plastics, cans and glass (blue bin) collections:    The service is operating normally.  

Paper and card (brown bin) collections:    The service is operating normally. 

Garden waste (grey bin) collections:  The service is operating normally. 

Bin collection service issues

We have received reports from the following roads where we have been unable to make collections and/or gain access. If your street is listed below, please do not report a missed bin collection, as we are already aware and aim to rectify this as soon as possible. Please leave your bin at the collection point. We are sorry for any inconvenience these delays may cause.
