Buckshaw Village comprises 420 acres/169 hectares of the former Royal Ordnance Factory and is one of the largest mixed-use schemes to be undertaken in the North West.
The area has been transformed, with the high-quality Revolution Park hosting strategically important distribution centres serving the north of England and beyond.
As we enter a new phase of employment growth, more development sites have recently come on stream, such as the Digital Office Park and the Market Walk Shopping Centre extension.
