As of June 2025 Chorley Council launched its new recognition scheme to thank all residents that offer their time to volunteer and support Chorley. This new programme offers multiple reward avenues including the new Volunteer membership card which all Chorley Volunteers can obtain via the lead of the organisation you volunteer with.
Volunteer Reward Card
The card is valid for 12 months and allows you to gain rewards and discounts at multiple venues and opportunities. A list of the current rewards are:

- REEL Cinema
- Chorley Theatre

Volunteering Certificates
We recognise the hard work and dedication of all residents that volunteer throughout chorley over the years and can offer milestone certificates to volunteers. The milestones are:
- 1 Year (Bronze)
- 5 Years (Silver)
- 10 Years (Gold)
- 12 Years+ (Lifetime Contribution)
