The quickest and easiest way to invite the Mayor to an event is online using our Mayor booking request form.
If you do not currently have all the information required to complete the form, please email mayors.secretary@chorley.gov.uk or call 01257 515113 to discuss your event. You will need to complete the online form once the full details of your event are confirmed.
The Mayor has a very busy diary so please give as much notice as possible with a minimum of 3 weeks. If emailing your request, please include details of your event including the date, time and venue.
