This online service is available 24/7 and enables anyone to report water pollution or odour pollution from a waste facility, industrial site of farm instantly, using an internet enabled device.
The online service provides the reporter with a structured approach to reporting, capturing precise location data through map functionality and detailed descriptions of environmental problems observed.
