There are 6 electric vehicle charging bays available on the Flat Iron car park and 2 on Cleveland Street car park. When charging your vehicle, you must park in the designated electric bay.
These charging points are free to use but you still need to purchase a valid pay and display ticket for the duration of the charging period.
It is not permitted to charge a vehicle in a non-electric parking bay. The council accepts no liability for any damage or injury caused by trailing cables from the EV charging point.
Alternative charging points are available at Market Street, Chorley, PR7 2SF and Chorley Asda, Bolton Street, Chorley, PR7 3DL (these are owned and managed by Lancashire County Council).
