Couch to 5k

​​Couch to 5k is a course for beginners wanting to learn how to run or power walk from zero fitness to 5k in 9 weeks.

Sessions take place three times a week, Saturday 10am, Monday and Wednesday 6:30pm. 

Sessions are approximately 30 minutes long. 

The plan is based on getting out three times a week. 

Children age 7+ are permitted to take part, but they must be supervised by an appropriate adult at all times.
