Surrender of premises licence / club premises certificate
Only the premises licence holder can surrender a premises licence. You can do so by notifying us in writing by email to contact@chorley.gov.uk. You should return your licence to us or give an explanation as to why you are unable to.
You should return your old licence to: Licensing Team, Civic Offices, Union Street, Chorley, PR7 1AL.
