What do I need to submit?
The applicant must submit the following information to the licensing authority:
- the prescribed application form
- the prescribed fee - (cheques etc. should be made payable to Chorley Council)
- an up-to-date scale plan of the premises - view information to be shown on the plan
- a copy of the rules of the club
- a qualifying status declaration, certifying that the club qualifies under the legislation for the grant of a certificate.
Note: A person commits an offence if he/she knowingly or recklessly makes a false statement in or in connection with an application.
