Carriage of dogs and assistant dogs
The operator shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that a guide dog or assistance dog belonging to a passenger is carried free of charge, unless the driver has a proven medical condition that would preclude such action. Drivers have a responsibility to ensure that their operator/company is aware of such medical condition when they are first employed.
