Chorley Flower Show

Chorley Flower Show returns to Astley Park on Friday 25 to Sunday 27 July! Organised by Chorley Council, the three-day event is set to be the best yet with a fantastic array of show highlights:

  • Spectacular show gardens plus fabulous mini show gardens by community groups and a stunning floral installation by Siobhan Murphy - British designer and finalist on BBC show ‘Interior Design masters’
  • Floral displays by RHS award winning exhibitors, and national/regional societies
  • Special guests, including JB Gill who rose to fame as a member of JLS (Sunday), Sharon Hartley from BBC Radio Lancashire (Friday), Siobhan Murphy, Jonathan Moseley, Martin Fish, Jill Fish
  • Expert talks, demonstrations and workshops
  • Incredible entertainment, including a children’s zone with rides, soft play, rock climbing, crafts, giant bubbles and more*. Plus, there’ll be live music from across the decades, vintage dancing sessions, and a daily catwalk show
  • Dog Zone with dog agility and dog photographer.
  • Visitors can enjoy a walk with an Alpaca
  • Displays of amateur competition entries such as flowers, fruit and vegetables, floral art and photography.
  • Fabulous food and drink
  • Shopping opportunities at a variety of trade stands
  • Vintage and classic cars on display
  • Entry to Astley Hall included in the show ticket
  • Chorley Photographic Society exhibition and wedding showcase in the Coach House.

During the show, Astley Hall, the Coach House and the businesses in the Coach House and Farm House will only be open to those with Chorley Flower Show tickets.

Children under the age of 16 go free with a paying adult. If purchasing tickets online, please select a £0 child ticket.

Visitors can also pay on the gate at the show (cash and card accepted).


Getting to Chorley Flower Show

Hallgate car park (behind Astley Hall) will be for blue badge parking only during the event, on a first come first served basis. If this gets full there will be a drop-off point on Hallgate car park but the car will need to be parked on one of the other car parks.

A free park and ride bus service will run all three days of the show from the field opposite Botany Bay to the bus stop on Chancery Road, Astley Village (a 2-minute walk to the showground). In addition, on Saturday and Sunday only, the park and ride will also run from Botany Bay.  Botany Bay – J8, M61.

There are several car parks in Chorley town centre allowing you to access the show by foot from the Park Road entrance of Astley Park: chorley.gov.uk/carparks

Entrances to the show are via the Park Road (town centre) entrance and Hallgate (Astley Village) entrance to the park. Please note, if you enter the park via the Ackhurst Lodge entrance (Southport Road), you will need to walk round to Hallgate to enter the show.

A one-way traffic system will be in place from 9am to 6pm along Chancery Road (Astley Village) from junction with West Way to the roundabout at Euxton Lane. Cars may park along the opposite side of Chancery Road and must refrain from parking on the residential streets surrounding in Astley Village. Motorists are asked to respect the one-way system.
