We are committed to creating a community where people living with Dementia feel valued, supported, and included. We are actively working with local businesses and charities to:
- enhance the lives of people with Dementia
- build strong relationships with both service users and their carers
- foster a more inclusive and understanding environment.
Together, we are making a difference and striving to become a truly Dementia friendly town.
