Coppull Neighbourhood Plan Regulation 16 Consultation
Coppull Parish Council submitted the Coppull Neighbourhood Plan to Chorley Council on 12 March 2026. Chorley Council is satisfied that the Neighbourhood Plan is in accordance with Regulation 15 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 and is therefore publicising the plan proposal and inviting representations as part of its obligation under Regulation 16 of the above Regulations.
The period for the submission of representations runs from 12:00 pm on Monday 20 July 2026 to 11:59 pm on Monday 7 September 2026. Representations must be received by the Planning Policy Team within this period, using the consultation methods set out below. Representations received outside of this period will not be accepted.

Representations can be submitted online at https://yoursay.citizenspace.com/planning-c/coppull-np-reg16-consultation. Alternatively, written representations can be submitted using the representation form by email to planning.policy@chorley.gov.uk or posted to: Planning Policy Team, Civic Offices, Union Street, Chorley, PR7 1AL

Coppull Parish Council's application to designate Coppull Parish for the purposes of producing a Neighbourhood Plan was approved by Chorley Council at a meeting of Full Council on 20 July 2021.
