Evidence base documents are reports and studies that inform the development of the Local Plan.

Monitoring documents
Authority Monitoring Report assesses whether policy aims and objectives are being achieved, by monitoring and reporting against a broad range of indicators covering environmental, economic and social information.
Central Lancashire Core Strategy Monitoring Report monitors the performance indicators of the Core Strategy.

Brownfield Land Register
We are required to maintain a register of previously developed (brownfield) land. The brownfield register is updated annually and contains a list of brownfield sites which are considered suitable for residential development. View brownfield land register information on our mapping system.
