Accessibility statement

We want everyone who uses our website to be able to find, read and understand our content. We aim to achieve this by ensuring all content meets the accessibility standards of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1 at an AA standard.

We understand that currently parts of our website are not accessible and are working hard to resolve this. We are presently developing a new website which will resolve these issues and expect to have a BETA version of the site available before the end of October 2020.

Our website uses third party content, systems, and functionality and as a result we cannot always guarantee it meets the required accessibility standards.

How accessible is this website?

Parts of the website are currently not accessible but is something the Council is aware of and is working hard to address.
