Climate Change Strategy - Links to other strategies and plans
This Climate Change Strategy is aligned with a number of other strategies and plans not least the Chorley Council Corporate Strategy which includes the following objectives:
Involving residents in improving their local area:
- equality of access for all
- a strong local economy
- clean, safe, and healthy homes and communities
- an ambitious Council that does more to meet the needs of residents and the local area.
There are also links to others which include the Chorley Local Plan (2015), the Central Lancashire Core Strategy (2012), Emergency Tree Action Plan (2021) and the Douglas Catchment Partnership Management Plan (2019).
