Will the new or varied premises licence be issued with any conditions?
The legislation requires that mandatory conditions are imposed on premises licences in respect of:
- the supply of alcohol
- exhibition of films
- licensed door supervisors
- irresponsible promotions
- free potable water
- age verification policy
Any other conditions imposed will reflect the application's operating schedule or will be conditions agreed by the applicant or considered appropriate by the Licensing Committee, if there has been a hearing.
