The tariff times are listed below for all long stay car parks. This includes Friday Street, Water Street, Queens Road, Fleet Street and George Street:

The parking charges are listed below for all long stay car parks:
| Up to 1 hour | free (must obtain a time of arrival ticket) |
| Up to 4 hours | £2 |
| All day | £4.00 |
The height restrictions are listed below for these car parks:
| Friday Street (excluding Friday Street North) | 2.4m |
| Water Street | 2.4m |
| Queens Road | 2.4m |
| Fleet Street | 2.4m |
