About the 'Better Health, Better Self' course

We begin with face to face sessions that will last for 10 weeks in total. You will be weighed each week to track your progress. There will be a new topic discussed each week in our small, non-judgemental groups. Topics covered include

  • energy balance
  • portion sizes
  • food groups
  • food labelling
  • new routines and habits
  • sleep
  • wellbeing
  • alcohol
  • physical activity
  • maintenance

Even after you have concluded our initial sessions, we will still be there to help keep you on track and will check in with you for a full year. You will also be able to join our private Facebook group in which a growing community of fellow service users will be offering peer support and sharing their own experiences on their journey to Better Health, Better Self.
