Meet Shaun the Sweep
We’re pleased to introduce our newly named street sweeper, Shaun the Sweep, who has been out and about across Chorley keeping our streets clean and tidy. Shaun has recently been working in Astley Village, where crews have been clearing weeds and widening pathways that had become narrowed by overgrown vegetation. These improvements are helping to make routes more accessible for residents, while also enhancing the overall appearance of the area. It’s been great to see the positive impact already, with local residents sharing excellent feedback and appreciation for the work carried out by the team. Shaun will continue to be out and about across Chorley, helping to keep our streets clean, accessible and well maintained.
