High hedges
High hedge complaints are a civil issue between the complainant and hedge owner and an amicable resolution to a complaint is recommended. If no resolution can be found, the council are able to make a judgement based on strict guidelines under high hedge legislation.
To engage the services of the council the current fee of £500 is applicable.
