Councillor Grants

Organisations must be voluntary, community or faith sector groups operating within the borough of Chorley.  The project must be based on local need.

To apply, contact your local councillor who will discuss your proposal in more detail and provide an application form if applicable.

AsdaAsda Foundation Grants

The Asda Foundation Grants for this year have now finished, the next round will start in February.

The new grants available will be: Cost of Living Grant, U18 Better Starts Grant and Empowering Local Communities Grant.

This programme offers a larger amount of funding (over £10,000) for organisations that work with their community, whether that is for people living in the same area, or people with similar interests or life experiences.

Community Fund

Launched in March 2022, the Community Fund strand of the Safer Lancashire Neighbourhoods Fund provides the opportunity for community organisations to access small and medium grants of between £1k and 10k, to deliver projects in their local area.
