The easiest and quickest way to apply for building regulation approval is online through the Planning Portal. The Planning Portal is an external website used by local councils in England and Wales as part of the building regulation process.

On the Planning Portal you will be able to register, complete your application form, upload supporting documents and pay fees online.
Submitting your application and paying fees online will make the process much faster and more efficient.
