What is a Housing Association?
A housing association is a not-for-profit organisation that provides affordable homes. Rents are typically lower than private rentals, and tenancies may offer more security.
The most common type of housing offered is social rented or affordable rented homes, where rent is heavily subsidised by the housing association.
