  • full training will be provided
  • have good interpersonal skills, computer and maths skills. Be willing to follow the aims and principles of Citizens Advice Bureau.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • talk with clients to explore their problems and help them understand their options
  • write summaries of issues and action taken
  • making referrals to other organisations, for customs to access support.

Time commitment

8 hours a week and above for a minimum of 12 months.
