Qualifications, skills, knowledge or experience required
Are you approachable, reliable, available for at least one day a week and able to demonstrate the following skills:
- comfortable using IT and have digital skills as you will scan and attach documents to emails and our internal systems, create new documents etc
- able to learn how to use our internal systems as you will ensure client profiles are correct, input new referrals onto our systems and send weekly advice clinic appointments out to partners
- retrieve and action client voicemails from our phone system / emails from our online enquiry system
- retrieve and action voicemails left by clients on our appointment line
- able to assist with inbound and outbound post if required
- comfortable when dealing with partner organisations by phone or email
- able to work with others undertaking the same role.
Key duties and responsibilities
You will not give advice in this role but assist and support the team to ensure the 'back office' side of the work they undertake with clients is undertaken in a timely manner, accurately recorded and maintained to a high standard.
