Qualifications, skills, knowledge or experience required

Are you approachable, reliable, available for at least one day a week and able to demonstrate the following skills:

  • comfortable using IT
  • able to learn how to use our internal systems as you will ensure client profiles are correct and all information has been recorded correctly
  • comfortable when giving feedback to other volunteers
  • able to work with others undertaking the same role.

Key duties and responsibilities

You will not give advice in this role but work in a small team to ensure that the information and advice given to the client by other volunteers and staff, has been correctly delivered and recorded in accordance with our processes.

Time commitment

A minimum of 1 day per week
