The Council will not be liable for any damage or loss to vehicles or their contents whilst parked or in transit on Council property.
The Council will not be liable for the death or injury to any person in connection with vehicles or other mode of transport whilst in transit, stationary or parked on Council property except where such death or injury is due to the negligence of the Council.
