The Hirer must comply with all conditions of any Centre Licence issued under the Licensing Act 2003 valid for the Centre (so far as the same may be relevant to the Purpose of the Hiring) and a copy of the Centre Licence will be supplied to the Hirer on request.
The Hirer with the intention of broadcasting music is responsible for obtaining a Phonographic Performance Licence or ensuring that the broadcaster holds such a licence.
