The Council to act by its Members
The Council may appoint any Officer to act on its behalf and any references to any approval discretion consent or requirement mentioned in these Standard Conditions are deemed to refer to the discretion consent or requirement of that Member. If Hirers are required to produce any information for the Council they must produce it to that Officer.
