No excisable liquor is to be sold unless a Centre Licence issued under the Licensing Act 2003 or Temporary Event Notice ("TEN") for the Centre is in force at such time and the Hirer must produce such TEN to the Council no less than 24 hours before the Period of the Hiring.
No liquor is to be consumed in the Centre or on Council property in the vicinity of the Centre by any individual under the age of 18.
