Maximum number to be admitted
The maximum number of people allowed into the Centre is:
Individual room usage: Astley Village, Clayton Brook, Eaves Green, Lancaster Way.
Large Rooms: 90 maximum capacity.
Small Rooms: 20-25 maximum capacity.
ICT Suites: 15 maximum capacity.
Café: 30 maximum capacity.
Counselling Rooms: 4 maximum capacity.
Individual room usage: Buttermere
Large room: 45-60 maximum capacity.
Small room: 15 maximum capacity
Please note that if both rooms are hired to 2 different user groups, total attendances from both groups cannot exceed 90 (60 Buttermere). If you have a particularly large group, please check capacity with the Council prior to booking. Maximum numbers are based on 'theatre style" seating or standing.

For meeting layouts / exceptional layouts, the Hirer is responsible for contacting the appropriate authorities to ascertain the correct maximum allowance of persons into the centre.
